Our way of working is carefully designed to live up to our obligations and our customers’ expectations. We have, via our selection process, already found and established partnerships with multiple partners who have advanced skills and can deliver excellent quality. Our customer assignments normally undergo the following phases:  

Needs analysis
We review the customer’s development needs and look at what type of competence is needed, as well as which technologies should be used for the assignment. During this phase, we ensure that TecPoint and the customer share the same understanding about the objectives, that we have control over the requirement specifications, access to the right skills and that the results will be profitable for the customer. If necessary, we perform a pre-study.


Assignment specification
During this phase we define the requirements for the assignment and a tender is presented to the customer. The tender includes a recommendation for how outsourcing should be completed and where it should be assigned. Contract negotiations are conducted coupled with the final selection of implementation partner and participating consultants.  

Completion of assignment
The completion phase consists of three steps:

  • Start-up
  • Execution
  • End delivery  

  • The end result is delivered in line with the contractual terms and customer tested on delivery.

    Quality assurance is our guiding star throughout the entire assignment and we apply well-defined processes that incorporate essential elements such as measurements and regular follow-ups.
